Manage TikTok Shop alongside your other sales channels. ShipWise centralizes fulfillment, supports TikTok Shipping, and keeps operations stable during viral demand spikes.
TikTok Shop is a fast-growing social commerce channel where brands sell directly through video, livestreams, and in-app storefronts with native checkout. Orders are generated within TikTok’s ecosystem, with fulfillment handled through either TikTok’s shipping program or seller-managed shipping for eligible accounts. This creates a unique setup where demand happens in one place, while fulfillment still needs to be executed across your existing systems and processes.
How the integration works
ShipWise brings TikTok Shop into your broader order ecosystem, allowing you to manage TikTok orders alongside your other sales channels within a single fulfillment framework. Whether you are routing TikTok orders through a third-party OMS or consolidating order management directly within ShipWise, the integration supports a centralized operational model built for high-volume execution.
TikTok Shop supports two primary fulfillment approaches, depending on the seller’s account setup.
TikTok Shipping
With TikTok Shipping, TikTok provides the shipping framework and enables label purchase through Seller Center. Available services are determined at the time of label creation and are aligned with the order’s delivery promise. TikTok works with established carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx within this model.
Seller Shipping
With Seller Shipping, eligible sellers can fulfill orders using their own supported carrier services. In this case, fulfillment is managed directly by the seller, with tracking details uploaded to TikTok within the required handling window.
While Seller Shipping introduces more flexibility, both approaches require adherence to TikTok Shop fulfillment policies and dispatch SLAs.
Fulfillment requirements for TikTok orders:
- TikTok Order ID required
- TikTok Item ID required (unless disabled in settings)
- Orders must be marked as TikTok
- Package weight must be provided
- Package dimensions must be provided
- Orders must be marked “RTS” (Ready to Ship) within dispatch SLA
For supported integrations such as Shopify, SellerCloud, SellerActive, and Rithum, required TikTok identifiers and order markings are handled automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account for TikTok orders?
Sometimes. If your TikTok Shop account is enabled for Seller Shipping, you can fulfill orders using supported carriers within TikTok’s rules. If your account is using TikTok Shipping, fulfillment must follow TikTok’s shipping workflow instead. Seller Shipping availability may depend on seller eligibility and account setup.
Can I use TikTok Shipping to ship orders from other channels?
No. TikTok Shipping is only available to orders generated through TikTok Shop.
Does TikTok operate its own delivery trucks?
No. TikTok partners with established carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
What happens if I don’t mark orders RTS (Ready to Ship) within the SLA?
Failure to meet dispatch requirements may impact seller performance metrics.
Can 3PLs fulfill TikTok orders?
Yes. Each TikTok Shop can be onboarded separately and managed through client-profiles within the main account, allowing 3PLs to manage multiple clients while maintaining compliance.
